Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting the Discovery Phase for each project.

• Managing project documentation and records, proficient in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).

• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and successful project completion.

• Evaluating client requirements and defining strategies to achieve project goals.

• Managing projects within time and budget constraints while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Developing and providing results and documentation during the Discovery Phase.

• Leading the project team, motivating team members, and resolving conflicts.

• Monitoring and managing project risks and changes.

• Creating progress reports and presenting information to management.

Requirements

• Project management experience in the field of information technology for 3+ years.

• Deep knowledge and experience in conducting the Discovery Phase and preparing relevant documentation.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and teams.

• Proactivity and the ability to make decisions in challenging situations.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Willingness to travel.

• Proficiency in English language at or above the Upper-Intermediate level.
